Screwless Terminal Blocks

By using reliable springs, the wires can be held in place so that they are easy to use, resistant to vibration, resistant to loosening, and long-lasting.

It is a simple matter of wedging a screwdriver into the appropriate indentation hole to easily pry it open and insert the wire. Once the wires are in place, remove the screwdriver and the spring will snap back to tightly hold the wires in place.

Types of Screwless Terminal Blocks:

  • Spring Model
  • Spring Clamp Model

Spring Model

The 141, 142, 144, and 244 series are spring models of PCB terminal blocks. Pitch sizes are available at 2.54 mm, 3.81 mm, 3.96 mm, 5.00 mm, 7.50 mm, and 7.62 mm.

The Ferrule and single-strand wires can be inserted directly without handles, and smaller wires can be secured by using the handle to open the clips.

The 144 series is a handle-free model, thus its height is drastically lowered. To remove the wires, simply use a screwdriver and apply a slight force downward.

The product design complies with the IEC60998 and UL1059 standards, and has been certified by UL and VDE standards. The ease of wiring in this product makes it suitable for telecommunications, lighting systems, security systems, and wiring layout for buildings.

Spring Clamps Model

The WK/SC series use highly reliable elastic material that is resistant to shock, easy to match, and simple to assemble.

Pitches are available in 2.5 mm, 2.54 mm, 2.50mm, 3.81 mm, 5.00 mm, 5.08 mm, 7.50 mm, 7.62 mm, 10.00 mm, and 10.16 mm, and the wiring is available in 90, 135, and 180 degrees. For different wiring density, single, dual, triple, and quadruple level models are all available. Due to the directionality and alignment of the wires, these blocks are suitable for use with small space, and can be combined in any numbers.

They are easy to control, and applicable to high-density wiring architecture. The product design complies with the IEC60998 and UL1059 standards, and has been certified by UL and VDE standards
