The Board is an innovative polypropylene panel made up of three layers welded together to form a solid composite structure. The dimpled inner layer is sandwiched between two outer layers in an expertly engineered configuration which is unique and different from conventional hollow core panels. The dimples extend to both sides and are low in overall height, ensuring uniform thickness distribution.
T-Kore™ is a 3 layer thermoplastic structured sheet with exceptionally good high temperature performance. It has high tensile strength combined with high impact strength and stiffness, excellent fabricating performance, good ductility and low temperature properties. Availability: T-Kore™ panels are available from our warehouses with standard dimensions of 48in x 96in. Standard quantity is 100 panels per skid. Each sheet weighs 22.5 lbs.
Fluted polypropylene core is made up of a corrugated plastic sheet which is then laminated to an ABS top skin. It's an ideal lightweight alternative to plywood and is mold and mildew as well as UV resistant. It is very durable and best suited for outdoor applications and remains usable at low temperatures. Fluted core sheet come in black and the sheet size is 4ft x 8ft.
