John Meikle appointed TCH, Director of Electronics
TORONTO - TCH Sales Inc., has acquired Connector Solutions Industrial Sales (CSIS), a master distributor of interconnect devices based in Baie D’Urfe, Quebec.
Bolstered by 40 years of expertise and innovation in a wide range of industrial distribution, TCH fulfills customer orders out of warehouse facilities across North America, namely Buffalo, Calgary, Dallas, Montréal and Toronto.
Owned and operated by John Meikle, CSIS distributes major electrical and electronic components to Canada and North America with a focus on the connector industry. CSIS’ lines include Adels-Contact, Dinkle, Circuit Breaker Industries (CBI), and Italtronic.
As part of the acquisition, Meikle assumes responsibilities as TCH’s Director of Electronics.
Four years ago, TCH also acquired Rush Electronics Ltd., a Canadian distributor representing more than 30 hardware manufacturers, including Captive Fasteners and Southco. TCH’s more recent acquisition of CSIS “keeps us headed in the right direction within the electronics side of our product portfolio,” said TCH President, Jerry Arsenault. “John will provide fresh expertise and knowledge in this area.”
